Try this yummy twist on a Whiskey Sour at home... saves you having to make sugar syrup and who doesn't have maple syrup tucked away in the pantry?! ā

60ml whiskey šŸ„ƒ ā 
30ml lemon juiceā  šŸ‹ ā 
20ml maple syrupā  šŸ ā 
1 egg whiteā  šŸ„š (optional but it makes it oh so frothy)ā 
2-3 shakes bitters āœØ (optional)ā 
Cubed iceā  šŸ§Šā 
ā 
If using the egg white, add whiskey and egg white to a cocktail shaker and vigorously shake for 15-20 seconds until the egg white is very frothy. (If not using the egg white, you can skip this step.)ā

Add the lemon juice, maple syrup, bitters (if using) and a handful of ice to the shaker, and shake for a few seconds to combine and chill the drink. Strain and serve immediately in a glass over ice.ā

Strain the mix into a glass ā filled with ice and garnish with the cherry and orange slice... enjoy!ā  šŸ’ šŸŠ ā
